Palouse Gold WHISKEY

WHISKEY MOCHA JAVA

3 oz Palouse Gold Whiskey, 1.5 oz Cointreau, 1.5 oz MBD Vanilla Liqueur, ½ oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, ½ oz fresh lemon juice, Chocolate Bitters to taste, serve over rocks

HOMEMADE IRISH CREEM LIQUEUR

1 2/3 Cup Palouse Gold Whiskey, 1 Cup ½ & ½, 1 (14 oz) can of condensed milk, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp. Vanilla extract, mix together in blender & chill. Makes 4 Cups.

MUTINY OLD FASHIONED

2 parts MBD Palouse Gold Whiskey, 1 part MBD Vanilla Liqueur, Angostura bitters, orange rind, over ice

MUTINY MANHATTAN

2 parts MBD Palouse Gold Whiskey, 1 part MBD Vanilla Liqueur, 1/2 part MBD Blueberry Liqueur, dash of bitters, berries or cherry in bottom, over ice or shaken, strained and served

BLUEBERRY lIqueur

BLUEBERRY WHISKEY SIDECAR

1.5 oz Blueberry Liqueur, 3 oz Palouse Gold Whiskey, 1.5 oz MBD Vanilla Liqueur, juice of 1/2 lemon, serve over rocks

BLUEBERRY SPRITZER

1 part MBD Blueberry Liqueur, 2 parts soda water, lemon twist, over ice

BLUEBERRY LEMONADE

1 part MBD Blueberry Liqueur, 3 parts rosemary lemonade, over ice (add lemon juice to taste if too sweet)

Vanilla LIQUEUR

HOT TODDY

1 ½ oz Vanilla Liqueur, Black Tea, squeeze of fresh lemon juice

MAKE IT COUNT

1 oz Vanilla Liqueur, 2 oz Compari, 1 oz blood orange concentrate, serve over ice, top with Club Soda, garnish with dried orange slice

VANILLA SUBSTITUTES

Use instead of simple syrup, sugar cube or sweet vermouth in many cocktail recipes

VANILLA APPLE PIE

Marinate apple slices in MBD Vanilla Liqueur and use in a baked apple pie with Lulu drizzled on top to finish

VODKA

MUTINY BAY BLOODY MARY

1 ½ oz MBD Vodka, ¾ Cup Spicy V8, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 dash Tabasco, squeeze of fresh lime juice, salt & pepper to taste, serve over ice with celery stalk and olives

CRANBERRY MULE

2 oz MBD Vodka, 2 oz Cranberry juice, ½ oz fresh lime juice, pour into copper mug, add ice, top with Ginger Beer, garnish with fresh lime & cranberries

WHITE RUSSIAN MILKSHAKE (MAKES 2)

1 Cup coffee ice cream, ¼ Cups milk, 1 ½ oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, 1 ½ oz MBD Vodka, blend everything together on high for about 20 seconds, divide in two chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and grated chocolate

BLACK RUSSIAN

2 oz MBD Vodka, 1 oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, serve over ice

COFFEE MARTINI

First swirl the inside of martini glass with Chocolate Syrup, in a shaker add 1 oz MBD Vodka and 1 oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, stir then pour into prepared martini glass, top with a float of 1/2 and 1/2 (optional)

STRAIT GIN

EARL GREY & STRAIT GIN

1 ¼ oz Strait Gin, 1 ¼ oz Vanilla Liqueur, ¼ oz fresh Lemon juice pour over ice top with Earl Grey Tea (previously brewed & chilled), serve over ice with sprig of Lavender

MARTINEZ (pictured)

2 oz Strait Gin, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur, 3 dashes Angostura bitters, strip of the orange peel stirred (not shaken) with ice, strain and serve over ice, garnish with orange peel

GOLDEN PURL

1 Cup hard Apple Cider (warmed with 1 Tbsp maple syrup), add 1 ½ oz Strait Gin, 2 dashes orange bitters

GIN & ELDERFLOWER TONIC

1-2 oz MBD Strait Gin, pour over ice, fill with Fever-tree Elderflower Tonic (which can be purchased from our tasting room), garnish with wedge of lime

COFFEE LIQUEUR

MBD WHITE RUSSIAN MILKSHAKE

1 ½ oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, 1 ½ oz MBD Vodka, 1 Cup coffee ice cream softened, ¼ Cup milk, dash of vanilla extract, whipped cream and grated semisweet chocolate garnish. Blend ice cream, liquors and milk on high for 20 seconds until well combined but still thick. Makes 2 shakes.

3 oz Palouse Gold Aged Whiskey, 1.5 oz Cointreau, 1.5 oz MBD Vanilla Liquor, ½ oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, ½ oz fresh lemon juice, Chocolate Bitters to taste, serve over rocks

ADULT COFFEE BREAK

1 oz MBD Coffee Liqueur, 12 oz Pilsner Beer, rim glass with Rod’s Special Dipping Salt
